It is vital that seniors engage in regular aerobic exercise in order to stay in good physical and mental condition. While seniors are the group that benefits most from regular exercise, pain, physical and mental limitations, loss of confidence, poor vision, poor balance, medication side effects, and depression makes them least likely engage in regular exercise. Aerobic exercise strengthens the body and mind and builds balance and confidence.
Being in a good aerobic condition helps seniors stay healthier, manage pain better, heal faster from sickness or injury, and lower the risk of falling.
Our aerobic class offers seniors a chance to make new friends and have fun! During the program, we will share information on how to take better care of their health and how to exercise correctly.
