Chair Yoga is where poses are modified so that they can be done while seated in a chair. Our chair yoga makes yoga available to people who lack mobility or who are unable to get down on the floor. While seated on chairs, seniors can obtain many benefits performing the seated version of standard yoga postures. The more a person can be aware of what is happening to their body, the quicker they can become proactive to keep healthy. We offer both Standing yoga and Chair yoga.
