S.A.I.L. is a comprehensive evidence-based Fall Prevention exercise class that is designed to prevent falls by focusing on the components of Functional Fitness including aerobics, flexibility, balance and strength training, education and awareness. The S.A.I.L. instructor conducts group functional fitness test and assessment to determine individual’s risk factors, the design of class and the interventions to help modify and change the fall risk of individuals in order to prevent falls.
