As seniors experience the effects of aging, they often slip into a sedentary lifestyle and their everyday activities become more difficult and sometimes unsafe to carry out. Our Flexibility and Strength Training Class is a whole body training program which helps seniors strengthen their bodies and minds and maintain the power to live a safe independent life. The program includes Aerobics Training (to improve breathing capacity and heart rate), Strength Training (to make muscles stronger), Balance Training (to help prevent falling) and Flexibility Training (to stretch muscles and keep joints limber). Moving the body increasing the energy needed to enjoy life. Our seniors deserve to have the energy and strength needed to perform daily tasks safely and live independently with dignity.
We also offer Chair Flexibility and Strength Training which is a workout designed for seniors or anyone who lack mobility or susceptible to falling.
Our trainers will design an appropriate exercise program that meets individual needs.
