MENTAL HEALTH Improvement Exercise Program

Exercise program for Coping with Dementia and Alzheimer’s

Physical exercise is excellent for our mental health conditions. Research has shown that exercise can improve the brain functioning of seniors and may help protect against dementia. Exercise boosts activity in the brain’s frontal lobes and elevates mood, much as antidepressant medications. In reality, people who exercise regularly feel an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic, sleep better, have improved memory and feel more relaxed and positive about themselves and their lives. Everyone knows that regular exercise is good for the body and can have a profound effect on improving mental health. Our Trainers will design an appropriate exercise program that meets individual needs.
